    • scheduling and managing appointments
    • invoicing
    • documenting the counseling process

    • Art. 6 (1) b GDPR – performance of a contract

The following personal data may be processed:

    • name and contact details
    • session notes
    • appointment and billing information
    • any additional information you voluntarily provide

4. Storage Period
Your data is stored only for as long as necessary to provide counseling services.
After the counseling process has ended, your data is deleted in accordance with statutory requirements.

    • a legal obligation requires disclosure.

The provider processes personal data on my behalf under a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

For appointment scheduling and payments, I use Tymia, Stripe, PayPal.
These providers process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

If you contact me via the contact form or online booking, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and any follow‑up communication.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR).
