Meet Lucille Mayer

My Background

I am a psychologist (M.Sc., University of Vienna) with over seven years of experience supporting individuals and groups across inpatient, day‑clinic, and outpatient settings. Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of psychological concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, chronic pain, and sleep difficulties. My clinical experience has been shaped by roles at the University clinic at LMU and MRI in Munich, as well as Kirinus and Algesiologikum. I am currently in advanced training as a psychological psychotherapist (licensure expected April 2026, MUNIP).

My Approach

My aim is to offer timely, accessible online counseling for people who need flexibility — whether due to childcare, physical limitations, living abroad, or long waiting times for therapy. You are welcome whether you’re looking for a single relieving conversation or ongoing support. I work in a warm, clear, and collaborative way, combining evidence‑based methods with a focus on your strengths and goals. Creating a safe, grounded space for honest conversations, new perspectives, and sustainable change is central to my work.

About Me

I live primarily in Munich and spend my time doing things that help me stay balanced and connected: yoga and Pilates, traveling, listening to audiobooks, and occasionally painting or knitting. I’m more on the introverted side, but I deeply value time with friends and meaningful conversations. These parts of my life shape how I show up in my work — present, thoughtful, gentle and genuinely interested in the people I support.
